All prices shown are before any applicable discount, promotional rate, incentive, or special offer that may be available. All sales are final and non-refundable. Each itinerary includes recommended accommodations, activities, and daily plans—allowing you to skip the planning process. Clients are responsible for booking all travel arrangements and activities directly based on the provided itinerary.

Additional Fees
Airline Ticketing & Hotel Reservations
We keep our fees simple and transparent. A $10.00 airline ticketing fee applies per passenger, but it’s waived when booking for four or more travelers. For hotels, a $25.00 reservation fee applies per booking, but this fee does not apply to group reservations.

Cruise Reservation
When you book a cruise through XSECAPE with top cruise lines like Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Disney, and more, a $50 reservation fee applies per booking. Traveling with 4 or more people? That fee is waived. For groups of 10 or more guests, your trip will fall under our group travel planning service.

Personal Travel Advisor Memberships
Platinum Member
Our Platinum Membership is a $1,695/year plan designed for travelers who want ongoing support and exclusive perks. Each year, you’ll receive one complimentary hotel stay for two (you only pay taxes and resort fees), plus three $200 travel credits that can be used toward hotels, rental cars, and more.
You’ll also get full access to our travel advisory and planning services for you and up to 4 family members. Need to add more people? No problem—additional travelers can be included for $50 per person, per trip. All trips must be planned and booked at least 14 days before your travel date.

Individual Member
Our Individual Membership is perfect for solo travelers who want expert support and added value. You’ll receive a $200 annual hotel credit that can be used toward hotels, rental cars, and more.
This membership includes full access to our travel advisory and trip planning services, so we help you every step of the way. Traveling with others? You can add guests for $50 per person, per trip. All trips must be planned and booked at least 14 days in advance.

Payment Terms & Acknowledgment
By purchasing or engaging any XSECAPE service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All service fees are charged for XSECAPE’s advisory, planning, and coordination services only.
- Service fees are separate from and in addition to any travel package, hotel, airfare, transportation, tour, excursion, taxes, resort fees, or other trip-related costs.
- All prices displayed are before any applicable promotional pricing, discounts, incentives, or special offers.
- All rates and fees are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full before services begin, unless otherwise stated by XSECAPE in writing.
- All sales are final and non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, supplier changes, denied travel, or modifications to travel plans.
Your purchase or use of XSECAPE services constitutes your acceptance of this Fee Disclosure & Agreement.
